Upcoming Opportunity for Arts Nonprofits

Michael Kaiser, President of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, will host an arts management symposium on August 14 in Charlotte, at the Blumenthal Center's Booth Playhouse.

The symposium is one of many Kaiser is leading across the country as part of "Arts In Crisis: A Kennedy Center Initiative."  At the event, Kaiser will address challenges facing nonprofit performance organizations in the current economic climate.  Topics will include fundraising, board development, budgeting and marketing.
