Durham County Social Services Seeks Last Minute Christmas Donors

Please consider if you can help us to support the 300 families in our caseloads that still need gifts for Christmas.  We had a sponsor that was unable to keep their commitment to support 300 families due to the economic strain on its members.  We are hopeful that our community will help and continue to prove that we truly are a community of “neighbors helping neighbors” in need.  Thank you for all your support throughout the year!

Gift cards are the best option with just 3 days before Christmas.  We aim for $50/child and $75 for teenagers.  We also have elderly and disabled adults that need support.  Gifts and gift cards may be dropped off at our office at 300 N. Duke St.  Please use the door on the Fernway St. side of the building.
