 • Are you a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing access to healthcare and setting an outstanding example?

• Would you like to receive an award of $40,000 for your current, overall work? • Would you like the media to tell the story of your work in the community?

• Do you want the opportunity to share best practices with other organizations that provide access to care?

The GlaxoSmithKline IMPACT Awards target community-based healthcare nonprofits in the Research Triangle Park region that provide access to healthcare for the underserved. Up to ten organizations in Alamance, Chatham, Durham, Franklin, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Orange, Person or Wake Counties will be awarded $40,000 each.

The GlaxoSmithKline IMPACT Awards are held annually in the Research Triangle Park region of North Carolina, the Philadelphia region of Pennsylvania and in the UK. In the Research Triangle Park region, the GlaxoSmithKline IMPACT Awards are presented in partnership with Triangle Community Foundation, a nonprofit organization that makes grants and administers community outreach programs. These grants and programs such as the Community Grantmaking Program, Send A Kid To Camp, and Triangle Gives Back, support critical organizations and initiatives that add to the vibrancy of our region and promote the giving of time, talent and treasure as a way of life.
