Meet Your Match Adoption Event

Please help us make the February “Meet Your Match” adoption event at the shelter a success! Last year’s adoption events helped us get many wonderful animals adopted, we hope to start 2010 the same way with our shelter event on Saturday February 13th.

Love is in the air at the Durham County Animal Shelter and we invite you to visit the cats and dogs that are waiting to give you love. Will you make a place in your home for one of these animals?

Join us at the shelter on Saturday February 13th anytime between 10 am and 3 pm where you can see all types, sizes and personalities of adoptable animals. We’ll have special adoption rates for some of our “Sweetheart” animals and contests. But the best thing of all is that you can find the next love of your life.

The mission of the APS of Durham is to educate the public about the humane care, treatment and well-being of all animals, to help stop pet overpopulation through the promotion of spay/neuter programs, and to find suitable adoptive homes for the animals in our care.
