CVNC educates and informs through a professional online arts journal which includes:
- CALENDARS of arts events in multiple disciplines throughout the state
- REVIEWS submitted and edited by arts professionals
- FEATURES by guest artists, educators, and specialists (including our own writers)
- NEWS of arts disciplines we serve with calendar and reviews
Since 2001, the commitment of Classical Voice of North Carolina, Inc. (CVNC) through the CVNC.org website has been to provide coverage of small and large arts organizations as print media have reduced or eliminated their support of the arts. We began with coverage of classical music in the Triangle. Each year we have expanded our range and depth, both in the disciplines and geographic area we have covered. Today CVNC works with more than 500 artists and organizations from half of the counties throughout North Carolina who send us their events for posting and welcome our writers to critique their work. Our coverage covers a broad range of performing arts from the initial classical music to theatre, dance, world music, and jazz.
