Club Horizon – Articles

Club Horizon is a private, non-profit organization in Wake County dedicated to providing support and assistance for adults with a diagnosis of serious and persistent mental illness.

Through participation in a clubhouse, people are given the opportunity to rejoin the worlds of friendships, family, work, education, and to access the services and supports they may need as they move toward greater independence.

Our Mission:

To increase community acceptance and improve the quality of life for adults with serious mental illness by facilitating meaningful work, education, housing, and social opportunities.
