FVRC and CFFP always need...

• Food Lion, Piggly Wiggly, Wal-Mart gift cards allows the women and children in shelter and in need to buy essential items such as food, clothing, toilet paper, and household items during their transition. Cards can be dropped off at our Pittsboro office at 200 East Street

Client Wish List:

• Low cost housing for women & children in transition
• Telephone cards (including international calling cards for clients with family outside the country)
• cell phones
• car donations
• storage for clients in transition
• dead bolt door locks
• motion sensor lights
• Padlocks and key/lockboxes
• answering machines and tape recorders (for recording protective order violations or threats)
• journals
• books and videos in Spanish and English
• firewood (in winter)

• 8 foot ladder so we can change light bulbs in the shelter and offices

• Reading or desk lamps for residents' bedrooms
• Twin mattresses and box springs in good condition

• food gift cards/restaurant certificates for Men of Strength Program and incentives such as video coupons, small gift certificates, sports tickets
• tool box with hammer, screw drivers, tools to do repair at the Blue House.
