Mission

To enhance the lives of at-risk children and their caregivers through programs which promote their physical, educational, and emotional well-being, and to provide support to the Wake County Guardian ad Litem Program.The Friends of Wake County Guardian ad Litem, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run entirely by volunteers, was formed in 1991 to provide support for the work of volunteer Guardians ad Litem who advocate for children involved in family court and the foster care system.
