Due to medical conditions and recovery from a second brain tumor surgery, Founder, President & CEO Rachel Grady would like time to tend to her health and recovery. We are grateful for our funders and community partners for their vital contributions and support of our work.

OUR MISSION:

The mission of Hold Your Head Up is
to help disadvantaged women become self-sufficient through a comprehensive program that begins with career attire
and interview preparation and continues with professional development, financial management and personal enrichment.

Hold Your Head Up enhances our clients' self-esteem and self-confidence in order for them to enter and succeed in the workforce and improve the quality of their lives.
