InStepp, Inc. is a community-based nonprofit organization. Our mission is to create a vibrant community by empowering at-risk women and adolescent girls to rise above the odds and succeed personally and professionally through innovative gender-responsive training, educational and prevention programs. Our core program, the Employment Re-entry Assistance (ERA) Program for Women, provides case management support, employability skills and life skills training, mentoring support and job placement assistance to women who have a significant barrier to employment.
