Welcome Baby Celebrates 20 Years!

Welcome Baby, a family education and support program focused on children ages 0-5, was started with a grant from the JLDOC.

On October 12, 2008, Welcome Baby celebrated its 20th Anniversary with an afternoon of fun for the whole family at Durham's Central Park. The JLDOC received an award from Welcome Baby for its support over the years. A summary of the event appeared in the Herald-Sun newspaper.
