North Carolina High School Athletic Association

The mission of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association is to create and foster a wholesome athletic environment through fair competition, strong leadership, effective programs and healthful practices, encouraging excellence and developing productive citizens.

The Association is a 501C3 nonprofit, established in 1913 and currently serving 390 high schools located across the state.

The NCHSAA offers workshops and conferences for game officials, athletic administrators and students as well as scholarship opportunities and culminating state championship events in 23 sports, across 80+ classified championship events.
