The purpose for which USCD is formed is to advance the economic development and sustainability of low wealth citizens.

USCD primarily targets young adults ages 16-24 and/or underserved low wealth citizens. By promoting and encouraging education, trade, and commerce that create employment, and business opportunities, which improves the local tax base, provides neighborhood services and amenities, and creates economically competitive communities in a global market.

Vision is to advocate for youth and our low-wealth citizens in the Southeast Raleigh/Wake County Community to educate and assist them with the right tools that will bring them on the right path for success.
