The Foundation for Historic Hillsborough and Orange County – Articles

To conserve and interpret the economic, political, social and cultural history of Orange County for the benefit of all. The museum’s two major goals are:

1. To conserve the county’s history by collecting, preserving, cataloging and housing historic artifacts relevant to county history, applying professional techniques towards this end.

1. To interpret the county’s history by using the museum’s collection as a tool for educating the public about this history through exhibits, tours, in-house and outreach programs, public lectures, and special events.
