It costs Wesley Campus Ministry approx $1,000 a year per student to provide programs, staffing, and maintain the student center. Weekly programs include small groups, Bible study, worship, communion, fellowship meals, and social outings. We place great value on student leadership, and to that end, programs, church relations, mercy and justice, spiritual growth and worship, to name a few areas, are student designed and led. Wesley students are also well represented on the Wesley Board of Directors and have an active voice in shaping the direction of the organization.

Wesley Campus Ministry also runs Wesley House, our residential community on the second floor of the Wesley student center. This fall we have six students in residence. Together they create a covenant for life together that includes weekly worship, weekly meals, participation in the greater Wesley community, service and study. This summer, for their study component, our residents are reading The Heart of Christianity by Marcus Borg.

Approx 100 students participate in Wesley Campus Ministry on an ongoing basis throughout the school year.

A 2005 survey of Wesley alums who graduated between 1949 and 2004 indicated that 10% went on to become ordained clergy, 51% serve on local church committees, and 71% participate in other ministries of their home churches. 86% reported that Wesley played a moderate to major role in their post-graduate participation in the church.
